Reiki is beneficial on so many different levels and it can bring such a beautiful sense of release and calm over the body, mind and spirit.

I have had the pleasure of working with many amazing people suffering with depression, anxiety, grief, stress, low self esteem, pain, relationship worries, sadness, hopelessness and those at a crossroads in their life.

I have had the honour of treating many clients over the years and I am always totally blown away in terms of the emotional, spiritual and physical calm that envelopes each person, all respond differently because we all have our own set of unique areas of concern or worry but everyone leaves our session feeling more positive, centred and peaceful which I feel very blessed to be part of.

Accelerates the body's natural healing
Reiki goes where it is most needed the practitioner is purely a vessel in which the universal energy flows through to the client. It greatly accelerates the body's ability to heal itself.  It is also widely accepted that Reiki can be given and received equally effectively via distant healing.
